NC State football & construction on Blue Ridge Road likely to impact commute Thursday

NC State football will host the Syracuse Orange at Carter-Finley Stadium on Thursday, Sept. 15, and the Wolfpack is expecting a sellout crowd of more than 55,000 fans.
